As early as 1935, the family Lecker in the Bavarian Furth im Wald produced under her name baking powder. In 1997, the company was taken over by us, since there was no successor, and has since been the family-run Lecker's organic manufactory for natural baked goods and ingredients at the Wörrstadt site in Rheinhessen.
Since then, the product range has been steadily developed and expanded, always taking into account the requirements of the namesake.
So you can find our products not only in Germany in organic and health food stores, but now we are represented in many parts of the world. Of course, all our baking ingredients are of biological origin and thus come from an organic agriculture - For the environment!
Lecker’s organic wholemeal sourdough gives your mixed or whole grain bread an excellent structure and a full, fresh taste - completely natural.
