As early as 1935, the family Lecker in the Bavarian Furth im Wald produced under her name baking powder. In 1997, the company was taken over by us, since there was no successor, and has since been the family-run Lecker's organic manufactory for natural baked goods and ingredients at the Wörrstadt site in Rheinhessen.
Since then, the product range has been steadily developed and expanded, always taking into account the requirements of the namesake.
So you can find our products not only in Germany in organic and health food stores, but now we are represented in many parts of the world. Of course, all our baking ingredients are of biological origin and thus come from an organic agriculture - For the environment!
Lecker's whipping cream stabiliser will strengthen your cream to ensure great presentation for your desserts, gateaux, pastries or fruit.
Our tip: spread the whipping cream stabilizer over your flan case before garnishing with fruits – it will avaoid that your flan case becomes soft!
